Born on December 4, 1960, in Yonkers, New York, and raised in Miami, Florida—specifically in Liberty City and Opa Locka. He joined the U.S. Army at just 17, serving with distinction during the first Gulf War before retiring from military service in 1996. His life journey has been marked by devotion to his country, his calling, and his community
